Communicate scrolling messages

Announcements are an effective way to communicate and broadcast information to your audience.

Simply click +Add an Announcement

Type in your text and Save.

Click Schedule to set start time and frequency, or select Show Now for immediate display.  

Messages may be displayed once or they can be set to repeat at chosen intervals. Click Save changes to confirm.   

Click Hide to stop an active announcement.  

To adjust your Schedule or text, just make the change and then Save.

Repeat the steps above to add/schedule multiple announcements.

Announcements will overlay Word Clouds, Contests, Top ReTweet and Top User Leaderbaords and advertisements, so it's important to think about the schedule and/or make plans to disable them at specific times, if you don't want content overlapping.

Announcements

Subtly scrolling across the bottom of your social wall, Announcements are an effective way to communicate and broadcast information to your audience.

Use it to communicate your hashtag, welcome attendees, announce special events/speakers or weather warnings, provide venue information, etc.   

Announcements may be generated in the moment throughout the course of your event, or scheduled in advance, for maximum flexibility.
