Define Facebook content

To display Facebook content on your social wall, you must first connect your Facebook account to the SocialWall Pro Tool. You will only be able to display social content from public Facebook accounts that you have admin access to.

Once you click on Link Facebook Account, our Tool will show you valid pages linked to your account that are capable of uploading Facebook content.

Select the page you wish to include and it will add the page feed.  All NEW posts to the page will be retrieved.

Retrieve Comments from a Facebook Post

To pull comments from a specific post, you will need to find the url (web address) of the post on Facebook.

To do this, find the post on Facebook and click on the timestamp, the post will open in your browser window and its unique url will appear in the address bar. Copy the url.

Back to the SocialWall Pro Tool, click on Add to add another feed.  Select the triangle to change the content from Facebook feed to post, then paste the url.

Once you save, any new comments on the post will be retrieved, ready to be displayed on your live wall.

To remove any feeds or posts, click on the cross that appears when you move your cursor over the blue box.

When all changes have been made, select Apply.

When posts appear on your social wall from your Facebook Page, your audience becomes aware of your Facebook community and is inspired to join the conversation and like your Page.

Encourage attendees to comment on your Facebook Page posts with their best selfies, or letting you know their favorite part of the event - their interaction with your post will signal to Facebook that your posts are popular, which then increases the chances of reaching a larger audience.
