Responsibility for Processing Personal Data
SocialWall Pro (“SWP”) is a web service owned and operated by TEZAKI srl - Rue Des Ruisseaux, 4 - 5310 DHUY - Belgium (BE 0842.116.485).
SWP offers publicly of a Commercial Website (“Website”) for any visitors (“Visitors”), a Web Tool (“Tool”) offered to event organisers (“Users/Clients”) and a Web Application (“App”) for event Participants (“Participants”).
This Privacy Policy provides information about how SWP collects, processes and protects personal data. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (the “Personal Data”).
The aim of this EU Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) is to provide adequate and consistent safeguards for the handling of Personal Data (as defined below) by SWP.

What kind of Personal Data is processed and for what purpose?
General information
First of all, know that the main purpose of collecting Personal Data is to allow people to use our services, to improve the quality and performances of our tools, and perform some administrative tasks as to send invoices to our clients. The customer’s Personal Data is processed for carrying out the rights and obligations related to a contract. No collected information is sell, trade or transfer to third parties. Collected Data transferred to some Third Party Service Providers are listed in the following document. These possible data transfers are mandatory for the proper functioning of our services.
In case the customer suspects a breach of data protection legislation and the matter is not solved amicably between the customer and SWP in negotiations, the customer may contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (https://www.dataprotectionauthority.be/).
Who’s concerned
Visitors : a Visitor is any people visiting our Website using an internet browser.
Prospects : a prospect is a people who got a commercial contact with SWP by filling the contact form, call SWP or by any other means.
Users : a user is a visitor who created an account on the Tool
Clients : a client is a user who paid one of our plan to use the tool.
Participants : a participant is a people who use the App to send messages or answer to a question during an event.
Kind of Data
Provided Information : this category concerns any data you provide us explicitly because we ask you. Example : your name, email address or company. These data are useful to let us to perform minimum mandatory administrative services as creating an invoice, to get you notified about important information related to the Tool usage or to allow you to log into our Tool. Information collected automatically : SWP receives and records information from your browser when visiting our website and using our tool. Cookies and data about which pages you visit or action taken allow us to operate and optimize the product and services provided. These data are stored securely and collected automatically. Log Files and analytics services : When you use our tool or view content provided by SWP, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, internet service provider (ISP), the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by SWP for the operation and to maintain the quality of our services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website and tool. Information from Third Party Service Providers : We may share Personal Data with third parties who provide services to SWP, such as payment processors, email delivery services, and advertising providers. Additionally, to improve user experience, we offer single sign-on solutions for account login and these third parties (including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) may receive information from these services when you elect to use them. You can revoke access at any time.
When SWP shares your Personal Data and other collected information with third party service providers, we require that they use your information only for the purpose of providing services to us and that their terms are consistent with this privacy policy. Information About Children : The Websites are not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 16. Duration
We will retain your Personal Data as long as your account on our Tool is active. You can always proceed to an account deletion within your Account page or ask us to execute it (see “Access to your data”).
Your rights
Right to access
You can ask us to access to your personal data, free of charge. Users and Clients can access and correct their data directly from their account settings. Other users may contact us by email at dpo@socialwallpro.com. We will require a proof of your identity (copy of your passport or national identity card).
Right to rectification
If one or several of your personal data turn out to be incorrect or inaccurate, we will correct them.
Right to erasure
You can request us to delete your personal data. We will comply with that request to the maximum extent possible. However, legal obligations, such as invoice and bank keeping, and our legitimate interest, for instance keeping records of recent transactions for evidence and accountability purposes, may limit the extent of the deletion.
Right to object to direct marketing
We do not proceed to direct marketing. If you have subscribed to our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include firewalls and encryption, internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems. We restrict access to Personal Data to employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Services.
